Professor Adedokun J. Olusegun

Rector, Chief Executive Officer

Professor Adedokun J. Olusegun is the Rector, the Chief Executive Officer, and the academic head of Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic Eruwa. He resumed duty on 15th December, 2025. He joined the Polytechnic Ibadan in 1996 as a lecture II officer and rose to the rank of Chief Lecturer in 2008.
He has a B.Sc Public Administration from the University of Ilorin, M.Sc from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, M.PA from the University of Ilorin and Ph.D from the University of Zululand, South Africa.
He is a professor of comparative Public Administration and Public Policy Making and Analysis.
He joined the services of the Federal University, Oye Ekiti in 2017 as a pioneer Head of Department of Public Administration and while at the Polytechnic Ibadan, he was the HOD of Public Administration and Local Government Studies between April, 2004 and September, 2011, acting Dean on several occasions.
The Rector is responsible to the Governing Council of the Polytechnic for the management of the human, finances, and other resources of the Polytechnic.

Mrs Funmilayo Abosede Akintunde

Registrar

Mrs Funmilayo Abosede Akintunde is the Chief Administrative Officer and the head of Registry of the Polytechnic. She is responsible to the Rector for the day to day administrative activities of the Polytechnic. The Registrar is the secretary to the Governing Council, Board of Studies, Convocation and Congregation, as well as the custodian of all the seal and other legal documents of the Polytechnic.

Mrs Adejuwon, Bolatito Sekinah MSc. FCA

Bursar

The Bursar is responsible for the prudent management of the institution’s finances in line with NBTE guidelines and government financial regulations. The functions include budgeting and financial planning, maintenance of accurate accounting records, preparation of financial statements, and effective control of income and expenditure.

The Bursar manages revenue collection, payroll and staff emoluments, statutory deductions, and provides financial advice to Management. She ensures compliance with financial regulations, supports internal and external audits, maintains records of assets and stores, and supplies required financial information for NBTE.

Dr. John Olugbenga Akinola CLN, MNLA

Ag. Librarian

Dr. John Olugbenga Akinola CLN, MNLA is the Ag. Polytechnic Librarian, an Associate Professor in library and information Science, a library administrator, librarian in charge and custodian of all collections includes prints and non-prints material, covering all faculties, departments and directorate of the Polytechnic Eruwa. Also to transform AOE, Library to the intellectual hub with not just collection of resources but to a dynamic space for learning, innovation and research outputs with support of dedicated team / library staff of our dear Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic Library, Eruwa, Oyo State.

Pioneer Director of Works and Services
Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa (AOPE). He is the Pioneer Director of Works and Services of Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa (AOPE). He is responsible to the Rector for the strategic planning, development, maintenance, and effective management of the Polytechnic’s physical infrastructure and technical services.
As Director of Works and Services, Engr. Adeniran oversees the design, construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance of buildings, roads, electrical and mechanical systems, water supply, and other essential facilities across the Polytechnic. He also ensures the efficient operation of utilities, equipment, and campus services in line with institutional objectives, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.

He provides professional leadership in engineering services, facilities management, and project execution, ensuring that all capital and maintenance projects are delivered with quality, efficiency, and accountability.
